A MAN from Gwynedd has received a restraining order after pleading guilty to harassing a woman.
Wayne McIntosh, 44, of Bron Y Waun, Rhiwlas, was accused of repeatedly contacting Jasmine Disley by telephone at numerous times of day between December 14, 2021 and June 8, 2022.
He pleaded guilty at Caernarfon Magistrates’ Court on September 22.
McIntosh was prohibited from contacting Disley, except via a third party regarding child contact arrangements, and from entering a specified Y Felinheli address, until September 21, 2024.
The court also ordered him to complete 100 hours of unpaid work.
He will pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service, and a £95 victim surcharge.
This totalled £180, to be paid in full by October 20.
