A MAN from Anglesey has been ordered to pay in excess of £200 after he was found guilty of producing cannabis.
Martin Woodcock, 49, of High Street, Brynsiencyn, was accused of producing the Class B drug at his address on February 19.
He was found guilty at Caernarfon Magistrates’ Court on September 12.
The court ordered him to pay a £120 fine, £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service, and a £34 victim surcharge.
This made a total payment of £239, which is to be paid in weekly instalments of £10 from October 11.
The cannabis plants were also ordered to be seized and destroyed.
