A GRADE II-listed hotel in Anglesey has had its price cut in order to attract a buyer, having gone on the market during the pandemic.
The Bull Hotel in Llangefni was built by Sir Richard Bulkeley in 1817 and later became part of the Brains pub chain, before Marston’s took on the running of the site as restrictions impacted the Brains business.
The hotel was placed on the market last year for £475,000, with estate Sidney Phillips.
That price has now been brought down to £395,000, with the hotel complete with 22 en suite bedrooms, a restaurant and a lounge bar.
Describing the site as a ‘busy landmark town centre hotel’, the estate agent added: “Due to the size of the town the hotel is not dependent upon tourist trade and trades well throughout the year being a landmark property within the town on the busy high street amongst the large number of retail and leisure businesses.
“The town holds a strategic location at the centre of the island which provides easy access to a large number of nearby tourist attractions."
