A LARGE house fire in Caernarfon required both firefighters and police officers to attend on Sunday morning (September 18).
This was at approximately 9.30am on Ffordd Ysgubor.
Resident Viv Austin shared the below video footage of the fire:
A North Wales Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "Emergency services were called to a house fire on Ffordd Ysgubor Goch, Caernarfon.
"Two fire appliances attended after receiving the initial call to mobilise at 9.30am.
"The ground floor of the property was well alight on the arrival of firefighters.
"All persons from the property were accounted for and properties on either side of the incident were evacuated as a precaution.
"One casualty was treated at the scene for the effects of smoke inhalation.
"The fire caused 10 per cent fire damage to the room of origin and 100 per cent smoke damage to the entire property.
"The cause of the fire is undetermined and will be jointly investigated by North Wales Police and North Wales Fire and Rescue Service."

A North Wales Police spokesperson added: "We received a call at 9.30am on Sunday, September 18 reporting a house fire at Ffordd Ysgubor, Caernarfon.
"Officers attended alongside colleagues from North Wales Fire and Rescue Service, and the road was closed whilst the fire was dealt with."
