A MAN from Anglesey has been banned from the roads and fined after pleading guilty to committing three driving-related offences.
Tom Westall, 19, of Llanynghenedl, Holyhead, was accused of the following while driving a Volvo V60 vehicle on the B5119 in Bodedern, Anglesey on August 12:
- Driving without a licence.
- Driving with 54 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath.
- Driving without third party insurance.
Westall pleaded guilty to all three offences at Caernarfon Magistrates’ Court on September 5.
He was disqualified from driving for 14 months.
Though, this period will be reduced by 14 weeks if he completes an obligatory course by May 29, 2023.
Westall was also fined £120, and will pay costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85 and a £48 victim surcharge.
This totalled £253, to be paid in full by October 4.
