A MAN with links to Bangor and Holyhead is wanted by police on recall to prison.
North Wales Police (NWP) have appealed for help in locating Brian Owen, 31.
Anyone with relevant information has been urged to contact the force.

NWP Anglesey said: "Have you seen Brian Owen?
"The 31-year-old, who has links to the Bangor and Holyhead areas, is wanted on recall to prison.
"Sightings or information about his whereabouts can be made via the website, or by calling 101, quoting reference 22000479918."
