A MAN from Anglesey has received a restraining order and fine after he pleaded guilty to threatening behaviour towards a woman.
Robert Whitley, 57, of New Street, Menai Bridge, was accused of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress to Susanna Jones on New Street on July 20.
He pleaded guilty at Caernarfon Magistrates’ Court on August 8.

Whitley is now prohibited from contacting Jones by any means, including via a third party or social media.
The court ordered him to pay a £200 fine, and £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service, making a total payment of £285.
