A MAN from Llandudno has been jailed after he pleaded guilty to resisting a policeman in Caernarfon.
William Tate, 36, of no fixed abode, was accused of resisting PC Leon-Portillo, while he was acting in the execution of his duty, at Y Maes on May 25.
Tate pleaded guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on August 15.

He committed this offence during the operation period of a suspended sentence which had previously been issued to him.
The court sentenced Tate to eight weeks’ imprisonment.
