A RESIDENT of Gwynedd has been handed a conditional discharge after pleading guilty to assaulting a man.
Kelly Brown, 40, of Y Wern, Y Felinheli, was accused of assaulting David Griffith by beating him in Y Felinheli on May 28.
Brown pleaded guilty at Caernarfon Magistrates’ Court on August 4.

Brown received a conditional discharge of 18 months.
The court also ordered Brown to pay costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85, and a £22 victim surcharge.
This totalled £107, which Brown is to pay in full by September 1.
An application was also made by the court for deductions from Brown’s benefits.
