A MAN from Holyhead has been ordered to pay in excess of £350 after he was found guilty of throwing a cigarette butt on the floor of a car park.
Simon Livingstone, 42, of Stanley Street, was accused of dropping the cigarette butt in the car park outside the M6 services at Forton, Lancaster on March 9.
He was found guilty at Preston Magistrates’ Court on July 26.

Mr Livingstone was fined £220, and ordered to pay costs of £100 and a £34 victim surcharge.
This totalled £354, which he is to pay by August 23.
