A MAN is to pay in excess of £550 after he was found guilty of committing assault while in a nightclub in Bangor.
Luke Jones, 20, of Bryngwran, near Holyhead, was accused of assaulting Michael Jones by beating him in Bangor’s Cube nightclub on Dean Street on June 5.
He pleaded guilty at Caernarfon Magistrates’ Court on July 28.

Luke Jones was fined £350, and ordered to pay compensation of £100.
The court also issued costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85, and a £35 victim surcharge.
This totalled £570, which he is to pay in monthly instalments of £100 from August 25.
