A MAN from Holyhead has received a suspended sentence after he was found guilty of three counts of assault.
Lewis Griffiths, 35, of Market Street, was accused of assaulting three people by beating them in Valley on February 20.
He changed his plea to guilty for all three offences at Caernarfon Magistrates’ Court on July 15.
Mr Griffiths was sentenced to 12 weeks’ imprisonment, suspended for 18 months.

He is also to undertake a 35-day programme, and complete a maximum of 15 days’ rehabilitation activity.
Mr Griffiths is also to pay £50 in compensation, £300 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service, and a £128 victim surcharge.
This amounted to a total of £478, which he is to pay in monthly instalments of £75 from August 15.
