A MAN from Bangor who committed theft at supermarkets in the city on four separate occasions has been handed a suspended sentence.
Thomas Lloyd, 24, of Lower Penrallt Road, was accused of stealing a quantity of clothing from Asda on Farrar Road on July 14, 16 and 17.
Mr Lloyd was also accused of stealing a quantity of meat products, worth a total of £232.43, from Marks and Spencer on Garth Road on July 15.
He was found guilty of all four offences at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on July 20.

Mr Lloyd received a 16-week prison sentence (four weeks for each offence), suspended for 12 months.
He must also not enter any Marks and Spencer or Asda stores in England or Wales for three years.
The court also ordered Mr Lloyd to pay compensation of £232.43, and £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
This made a total of £317.43, which he is to pay as a full lump sum within 28 days.
