A MAN from Caernarfon has been handed a suspended sentence after he was found guilty of breaching his restraining order.
Trefor Evans, 34, of Bro Seiont, was accused of contacting Rachel Evans in Bangor on July 16, which he was forbidden from doing by an order imposed at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on January 14.
Mr Evans was found guilty at Caernarfon Magistrates’ Court on July 18.

He received a 26-week prison sentence, due to his “flagrant disregard for court orders”, suspended for 12 months.
Mr Evans is also to pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
