A MAN from Caernarfon has received a conditional discharge after he was found guilty of threatening behaviour in the town.
Thomas Lander, 28, of North Road, was accused of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress on May 15.
He pleaded guilty at Caernarfon Magistrates’ Court on July 7.

Mr Lander was handed a conditional discharge of 12 months.
He is also to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service, and a £22 victim surcharge.
This totalled £107, which he is to pay as a lump sum within 28 days.
An application was also made for deductions from Mr Lander’s benefits.
