NORTH Wales Police have arrested two men on suspicion of vehicle interference and theft from a vehicle in Caernarfon.

The men are in custody, after police received reports of two people trying to enter car doors in the Bangor Road and Cae Gwyn area of Caernarfon yesterday (July 7).

Police are now looking for anyone with anymore knowledge of the incident, and for those with private CCTV to notify them if it was triggered at the time.

A NWP Gwynedd North spokesperson said: “Two males are in custody having been arrested on suspicion of vehicle interference and theft from vehicle.

Police received reports of two persons trying car doors in the and area of #Caernarfon during the early hours of Thursday, 8 July.

“Do you live in the area?

“Do you have private CCTV that has been triggered at around 1.00am?

“If your system has identified suspicious behaviour or if you are a victim, please contact North Wales Police - quoting 22000483440. The officer in case is PC 3388 Dumbarton.”
