Wales Comic Con is set to be making a highly anticipated return to Wrexham later this year.
The popular convention moved from Glyndwr to Telford International Centre back in 2019, but the event is set to return in August.
Wales Comic Con will be back in Wrexham on Sunday, August 21 for what is being described as a 'very special homecoming'.
The event organisers say they have been working with Glyndwr University, Wrexham Council, and Welsh Government to liaise the return.
They say they are hoping to celebrate the summer in style and will have 'an array of guest signings, cool cosplay, epic panels and magical memories.'
The Wrexham event will sit alongside the usual Telford Takeover weekenders in the year.
A spokesperson said: "We cannot wait to share this extraordinary journey with you all and are so excited for not only 2022 but then 2023 and beyond.
"Thank you all so much for the ongoing support as always and we hope to see you there!"
