A MAN from Pwllheli has been jailed after he was found guilty of four offences including harassment and criminal damage to property.
Emyr Jones, 49, of no fixed abode, was accused of the following on May 5:
• Threatening violence against Lyndsey Jones, which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order imposed on him.
• Sending a threatening text message to Jade Jones.
• Resisting Constable Aled Hughes at an address on Ffordd Mela, Pwllheli, while acting in the execution of his duty.
• Causing criminal damage worth £36.92 to Cell 12 at Caernarfon Police Station.
Mr Jones pleaded guilty to all of the above.

At Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on June 15, he received a concurrent 26-week prison sentence.
It was felt that such a sentence was warranted due to Mr Jones’ “flagrant disregard for court orders”.
He is also to pay a victim surcharge of £128 in full by September 16.
