A MAN from Gwynedd who was found guilty of possession of a Class B drug in Bangor has been ordered to pay almost £200.
Arwel Thomas-Jones, 22, of High Street, Penygroes, was accused of cannabis possession on March 20.
He was found guilty at Caernarfon Magistrates’ Court on May 23.

Mr Thomas-Jones was fined £80, and was told to pay a £34 victim surcharge and £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service, to be paid in a full lump sum within 28 days.
This made a total payment of £199.
The court also ordered that the cannabis be forfeited and destroyed, and made an application for deductions from Mr Thomas-Jones’ benefits.
