A MAN from Anglesey is to undertake unpaid work and pay in excess of £750 after he was found guilty of assault.
James Miles, 52, of Ffordd Maelog, Rhosneigr, was accused of assaulting Gavin Neil Wyn Roberts by beating him in Rhosneigr on March 19.
He pleaded guilty at Caernarfon Magistrates’ Court on May 26.

Mr Miles was ordered to complete 140 hours of unpaid work by May 25, 2023.
He must also pay £600 in compensation, a £95 victim surcharge, and £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
This amounted to a total of £780, which he is to pay in full by June 23.
