A MAN from Caernarfon who has been found guilty of threatening behaviour has been ordered to pay in excess of £150.
Gary Bryant, 49, of Pendalar Flats, was accused of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress on Pool Street in the town on March 26.
He pleaded guilty at Caernarfon Magistrates’ Court on May 16.

Mr Bryant received a fine of £120, and was ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge.
This made a total payment of £154, to be paid as a full lump sum within 28 days.
The court also made an application for deductions from his benefits, at the request of Mr Bryant.
