A WOMAN from a village in Gwynedd has been ordered to pay in excess of £200 after she was found guilty of assault by beating.
Jennifer Hartleb, 34, of High Street, Rachub, was accused of assaulting Iwan Lewis by beating him at her address on October 17, 2021.
She pleaded guilty at Caernarfon Magistrates’ Court on May 12.

Hartleb was fined £115, but avoided having to pay compensation due to there being no injuries.
She was also ordered to pay £34 as a victim surcharge, and £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service, to be paid in monthly instalments of £100 from June 12.
This amounted to a total of £234.
