A MAN from Gwynedd who has been found guilty of threatening behaviour has been handed a restraining order and a fine.
Kevin Jones, 32, of Penygwndwn, Blaenau Ffestiniog, was accused of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in the town on January 28.
He pleaded guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on-May 10.

Mr Jones was ordered not to contact Owain Jennings-Williams directly or indirectly by any means whatsoever until May 9, 2023.
He also received a fine of £80, and was ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge and costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85, to be paid in full by June 15.
This made a total payment of £199.
A second offence of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards Mr Jennings-Williams in Blaenau Ffestiniog on January 28 was dismissed after no evidence was offered.
Mr Jones had pleaded not guilty to this offence.
