A MAN has been arrested following testing positive for cocaine after his vehicle was stopped by police in Gwynedd yesterday (April 28).
North Wales Police (NWP) say this was in Barmouth, on the A496, near the Trawsdir caravan park.

NWP Gwynedd South said: “On Thursday, officers in Barmouth stopped a vehicle on the A496 near Trawsdir camping site.
“The driver tested positive for cocaine and was arrested under Section 5A of the Road Traffic Act.
“Drug driving is not tolerated in our community.
“Anybody who has concerns about someone they believe to be driving whilst under the influence are asked to contact us via the website or by calling 101 (always dial 999 if they are posing an imminent danger).
“Alternatively, contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
