A MAN from Anglesey has been ordered to pay in excess of £1,000 and disqualified from driving after he was found guilty of speeding in 2020.
Ralph Osborne, 62, of Llanrhyddlad, Holyhead, was recorded to be driving an IVECO vehicle at a speed of 45mph on London Road, Luton, where the limit is 30mph.
This was shortly before 9am on October 15, 2020.

At Luton Magistrates’ Court on April 25, Mr Osborne was fined £440, and ordered to pay a £44 victim surcharge, and costs of £620 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
This amounted to a total of £1,104, of which he was ordered to pay £50 per month commencing May 1.
Mr Osborne was also banned from driving for six months.
His disqualification was considered obligatory due to his repeat offending.
