A WOMAN from Holyhead has been ordered to pay in excess of £400 after she left a cigarette on a street.
Naomi Nicholson, aged 34, of Ffordd Jasper, was accused of a dropping a cigarette on Penn Street, Bristol, outside Cabot Circus, and leaving it there on September 24, 2021.

A guilty verdict was proved in absence at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court on March 23.
Miss Nicholson was fined £220, and was told to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £150.
This amounted to £404 in total, which she is to pay by April 20.
