EACH week in North Wales planning applications are submitted and then registered by local authorities.
Here are some applications that have come into local authorities this month, which will then be determined by each council’s planning committee or delegated for a decision by planning officers.

Applications:
Conwy
- Conwy County Council has received a planning application seeking permission to allow disabled scooter sales and a ‘locked in’ entertainment game facility at the Youth Centre in Towyn on Towyn Road. A crazy golf course is also proposed for the side and the rear of the building, as well as the retention of an existing cafe and soft play area.
- North Wales Golf Club House at 72 Bryniau Road, Llandudno, has applied for permission to erect specialist golf course netting along a specific section of the course’s boundary.
Denbighshire
- Display of signage to use as a coffee shop at The Marsh Warden on Station Road, Rhuddlan.
- The erection of a drive-thru pod and alterations to drive-thru lane at The Marsh Warden on Station Road, Rhuddlan.
- The erection of a side extension and smoking shelter (retrospective application) at Millbank Inn onGrange Road, Rhyl.
- The display of one internally illuminated fascia sign and one internally illuminated projecting sign at Marina Quay Retail Park on Ffordd Wellington, Rhyl.
Gwynedd
- Mr Eric John Roberts has submitted a planning application to construct an agricultural building at China Lôn China, Mynytho, Pwllheli.
- Mr William Jones has submitted an application to erect an agriculture building at Gwynus Ucha, Pistyll, in Pwllheli.
- Mr L. Jones has applied for planning permission for a single and two-storey extension with internal alterations and the remodelling of the existing property at Clegyr, 11 Cae Gwyn, Caernarfon, Gwynedd.
- Mr Michal Palamarczuk has applied for permission to demolish an existing conservatory and construct a replacement single-story rear extension at Eisteddfa, 4 Beach Road, Morfa Bychan, Porthmadog.
