A MAN has died after being pulled from the sea on Anglesey yesterday (March 29).
North Wales Police and the Welsh Ambulance Service were called to the incident off Benllech Beach and the 50-year-old was taken to hospital, where attempts to revive him were unsuccessful.
A North Wales Police spokesperson said: “Shortly after 8am yesterday (29 March) officers attended Benllech beach following a report from Welsh Ambulance Service.

“The report related to concerns for a 50-year-old man who had been pulled from the sea in an unresponsive state.
“Officers and paramedic crews attended the scene before the man was taken to Ysbyty Gwynedd by ambulance.
“Attempts to revive the male were unsuccessful and, sadly, he was later pronounced dead.
“Officers are currently liaising with the man’s family and our enquiries into this incident remain ongoing.”
