A MAN from Holyhead was made to pay in excess of £250 after he was caught speeding on the A545 in Anglesey last year.
Peter Williams, aged 54, of Cytir Close, was found to be exceeding a 30mph restriction on the road in Menai Bridge on August 27, 2021.
He was found guilty of the offence on March 22 at Mold Magistrates’ Court.

Mr Williams was fined £166, as well as being ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34, and further costs of £90.
This amounted to a total of £290, which he was given until April 19 to pay.
Mr Williams also received four penalty points on his driving record.
