A MAN from Gwynedd has received points on his driving record and ordered to pay more than £250 after driving without third party insurance in Bangor.
Raymond Pleming, aged 45, of Caernarfon, was accused of driving on the A487 in Bangor on July 17, 2021 without such insurance, to which he pleaded guilty on February 8.
At Mold Magistrates’ Court, Mr Pleming was fined £120, and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £110.
This amounted to a total of £264, of which Mr Pleming was told to pay £12 per fortnight commencing April 18.
He also received six penalty points on his driving record.

On February 8, Mr Pleming also pleaded guilty to driving in Bangor on July 17, 2021 after having his licence revoked in 2017.
No separate penalty was issued for this offence.
