A MAN from Anglesey has been made to pay in excess of £800 after not providing information about the identity of a driver alleged to have been guilty of an offence.
Huw Thomas, 57, of Gwlachmai, Holyhead, did not identify the driver in question after being asked to do so by a member of North Wales Police.
This was in Prestatyn on July 16, 2021.

Mr Thomas was fined £660, and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and costs of £90 at Mold Magistrates’ Court on March 14.
This amounted to a total of £816, which he was ordered to pay by April 11.
Mr Thomas was also disqualified from holding a driving licence for six months, which was considered obligatory due to his repeat offending.
He also received six penalty points on his driving record.
