A MAN from Gwynedd has been made to pay more than £250 after he did not follow a community requirement of his suspended sentence order.

Logan Coles, aged 22, who gave his address as a caravan park near Aberdaron, Pwllhelli, was accused of acting in an abusive and inappropriate manner towards an unpaid work supervisor while discharging an unpaid work requirement on February 7.

Mr Coles admitted to this breach at Caernarfon Magistrates’ Court on March 8.

He was fined £220, and made to pay costs of £60.

This amounted to a total of £280, of which he was ordered to pay £25 per week commencing April 7.

It was considered unjust to activate Mr Coles’ suspended sentence due to his excellent compliance with the Drug Rehabilitation Requirement.
