A MAN from Bangor must pay more than £760 for breaching lockdown regulations during the pandemic.
Kyle Howard, 21, of Glan Traeth, Bangor, was found to be in breach of regulations at an address in Alfred Street, Roath, Cardiff, on April 10 this year.
He was dealt with at Cardiff Magistrates Court, where it was heard he was "found to be in contravention of the Regulations as you; without reasonable excuse, during the emergency period, contravene restriction gathered in a private dwelling in an Alert Level 3 area of Wales".
After a guilty plea, which was taken into consideration, Howard was fined £615.
He must also pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £61 and costs of £90.
