CAERNARFON Town Football Club have further strengthened their squad after announcing two new signings on Wednesday (September 1) evening.
The club have added both left-back Josh Bailey, on loan from The New Saints, and central defender Bobby Beaumont, formerly of Wrexham and Sunderland, to their ranks.
In a post on their Facebook page, the club said: “19-year-old Josh is a left-back who made his debut for The New Saints in the 2019-20 season, and his initial stay with us will be up to January.
“Bobby is also a defender and is a former captain of the Wales Schools Under-18s side. He was at Sunderland last season and has already featured for the Cofis in pre-season matches this summer.
“We wish them both well!”
Huw Griffiths’ side finished sixth in the 12-team Cymru Premier last season, but after an indifferent start to the 2021-22 campaign, which has seen them win one of their four league games so far, they currently sit eighth.
