A GROUP of curious ducks have a tale to tell after getting trapped along the A55.

A spokesman for Traffic Wales praised the “amazing work” of their officers working this Sunday who came to the duck’s aid after they were separated.

The spokesman said: “They rescued five baby ducklings from four drains on the side of the A55 near Gaerwen after they were, unfortunately, separated from their mother.

“The ducks are now safe with The Owl Box based in Anglesey.”
