FEMALE entrepreneurs across Anglesey are being encouraged to join the next free Make It Your Business virtual meeting today.
This will be the fifth meeting of the group which was initiated by local MP, Virginia Crosbie MP.
Make It Your Business has been running sessions across the UK for the past four years. It offers support, advice and networking for women who are already in business or are interested in starting up,
This Friday participants will hear from four inspirational women all based on Anglesey: Ffion Roberts-Drakley, Freelance Artist; Beth Whitney, owner of Busy Fingers; Fliss Roberts, owner of Mad Hatter Studio in Holyhead; Sarah Hughes, owner of SLH Designs Ltd.
Ms Crosbie said: “We have already had several successful Make It Your Business events on Anglesey and it is always enjoyable to hear about the journeys of women who have established businesses locally.
“I want Make It Your Business to inspire women on Anglesey to take the step into entrepreneurship if that is where they wish to go. We need to unlock their confidence and connections so that they can make their dreams happen regardless of age, experience or background.
“I would invite any woman who is already in business or who would love to set up on their own to come along. These are fun and informal meetings so please sign up, brew a panad or pour a glass of wine and join us.”
Make It Your Business, Ynys Môn, will take place online at 6pm on Friday 16th April.
