A PERSON has been summoned to court following an alleged foxhunting offence on Anglesey.
North Wales Police said the summons was issued on Wednesday morning after a fox was believed to have been killed during the incident.
"This morning we are serving a summons on an individual in regards to a Hunting Act offence, where a fox has been killed," the force's Rural Crime Team tweeted.
"These are notoriously difficult offences to prosecute due to inadequacies within the law we have to work with."
