THE Llanberis Mountain Rescue team say they dealt with seven incidents in the space of 24 hours over the weekend.
All incidents took place on Sunday, volunteers have confirmed.
They added that 'further details will be posted in the coming days'.
A spokesperson said: "Rescues carried out by the Llanberis Mountain Rescue Team now stand at a tally of 40 for September, a record held until now by August 2019. This takes the total incidents dealt with by volunteers so far in 2020 to 125."
The Llanberis Mountain Rescue Team is a fully voluntary organisation who respond to those in need on Snowdon and the surrounding mountains.
The Team is on-call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and relies entirely on donations from members of the public to carry out this essential life-saving rescue service.
