X FACTOR bosses were not disappointed with the turn out for mobile auditions in Bangor, despite only around 30 people attending.
The hit ITV talent contest held mobile auditions at Penrhyn Hall in Bangor city centre as part of a UK tour.
However, a spokesman for the show said the numbers were in line with what they expected, and added they had turned away hundreds of applicants in Dublin on Saturday.
He said: "These are preliminary autiditions and are very different to the open auditions.
The numbers do vary but they are very much in line with what we expect and we've had thousands and thousands of applicants overall, which is in line with previous series.
"It's not a case of people not turning up to auditions - the figures and fluctuations are in line with what we expected."
