FOSTER-HIGGINS Thomas John (Tom) Of Bryn Coed Park, Rhyl, passed away on 29th September 2024 in hospital after a short illness, aged 92 years. Beloved husband of Mary, much loved and adored Dad to Mandy and son in law John, devoted Grandad to Ceri and Owen. Tom will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all that knew him. Funeral service and Committal at Denbighshire Memoria, St. Asaph on Thursday 17th October at 2pm. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to Cancer Research UK.
