JONES Ann On 30th March 2024 peacefully in Glan Clwyd Hospital aged 86 years. Wife of the late Elfed and a loving mum to Steve and Richard. A treasured grandmother to Amy and Sarah and a great-grandmother to her four great-grandchildren. Ann will be very sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Service on Wednesday 24th April at St. Mary's Church, Rhuddlan at 12noon followed by Committal at the Denbighshire Memorial Park and Crematorium, St. Asaph.
