McCONNELL Joan Passed away peacefully at Bradshaw Manor Care Home on the 11th March 2024 aged 96 years. Beloved mother to the late Sandra and sister to Doreen. Joan will be sadly missed by all her family and friends Funeral service to take place on Tuesday 2nd April 2024 at 1pm at Denbighshire Memorial Park and Crematorium, St Asaph.
