JONES Esme 'Carol' Jones nee Williams of Dyserth passed away in Glan Clwyd Hospital on the 15th October 2019. Cherished wife of Ron, loving mother of Ronnie, Jeanette and the late Nigel, adored Gran to Clare, Louise, Elysha, Charlotte and Ashley and special Great Gran to Danielle, Matthew, and Freya. Much loved sister of Vina Johnston. Carol will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service will take place Friday 25th October, 11am at Cwm Parish Church. Family flowers only please. Donations if so desired to be shared between the Renal Unit and Oncology Unit in Ysbyty Glan Clwyd. At Carol's request bright colours to be worn.
