Anyone can join in with Bangor's vigil for peace tomorrow evening

Residents of Bangor are being asked to join in with a prayer for peace following the terror attack in London last week.

The Imam of Bangor Islamic Centre - Mirazam Khan and the Dean of Bangor - the Very Rev'd Kathy Jones - are asking people to join them for an hour to pray for peace following the attack in London last week.

The Vigil will be held in Bangor Cathedral tomorrow (Wednesday, March 29) at 5:30pm.

The Dean of Bangor said, "Following the tragic and sad events in London last Wednesday, the Imam and I would like to invite people of all faiths to come and spend time together, to show that we have much in common, that we can be with each other in harmony as together we ask God to comfort those who suffer and to bring peace."
